Alumni - Master Classes 2019

Impulse’s Master Classes are open to our alumni as a part of on-going support for the development of their new ventures. The Master Classes seek to provide participants with a deeper understanding of specific themes, crucial for the start-up process of their venture. The participants will have an opportunity to work on their projects or start-ups through the practical exercises during the Master Classes.

Master Classes are available in September, October and November 2019

Timetable: 9:30 – 15:00 (9:30am for registration to start at 10:00am)

Preparing the Cash Flow and a Cap Table

Through this session, participants will improve their understanding of critical elements of revenue and costs and how to develop cash projections to test their business model. Case study exercises will be used to build cash flow projections for equity fund-raising and to understand what accounting information is needed to run a business, including basic valuation techniques and share ownership tables.
