Nikos’s research is on complex multi-scale and multi-physics problems arising from science and technology applications. It focuses on developing new mathematical models and numerical algorithms, to generate predictive computational tools, which are then employed for studying physical systems in a way that was not previously possible. It is commissioned mostly by UK and international industry, and has produced tangible economic impact on their operations.
